Common questions

My sign in link didn't arrive

Check spam or promotions, and make sure you typed the same email you used before. Links expire after a short time, so request a new one if it's been a while.

How do I leave a trip?

Open the trip, go to People, and choose Leave trip. If you're the last co planner, make someone else a co planner first so the group isn't left without one.

How do I report or block someone?

Press and hold a message or photo and choose Report, or open a person's profile and choose Block. Blocking stops messages in both directions. For anything urgent, email us too.

Does Tagalong move money?

No. The Split tab tracks who owes whom and opens Venmo to request or pay. Tagalong never holds funds.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account, or request deletion on the web.
